Listing data delivered through CRE Radar is provided to support your professional real estate activities. You may not use alert data to build competing databases, populate third-party platforms, or create derivative products without explicit written consent from CRE Radar.
CRE Radar reserves the right to impose fair-use limits on alert frequency, monitored sources, or data access to ensure consistent service quality for all users. Accounts that generate excessive load or exhibit unusual usage patterns may be subject to throttling or suspension.
Violation of this Acceptable Use Clause may result in suspension or permanent termination of your account without notice or refund. We reserve the right to cooperate with law enforcement and provide information about users who violate these terms or applicable law.
If you become aware of any misuse of the CRE Radar platform, please report it to info@creradar.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
We may update this Acceptable Use Clause from time to time. The most current version will always be published on our website. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
